Refund Policy — Next Level Pro Institute

At Next Level Pro Institute, we strive to provide exceptional value with our digital products and retreat-style NLP certification programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining refunds for our products and services. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

1. Digital Products Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital products, including online NLP courses and training materials. If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must not have been extensively used or accessed beyond a reasonable level of trial use (e.g., completing more than 25% of an online course or accessing a significant portion of training materials) as determined by our internal access and progress records.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    To request a refund, please email our support team at hello@thenlpi.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your purchase details and reason for requesting the refund.
  • Refund Process:
    Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically takes 5-10 business days.

2. Bootcamp and Masterclass Packages Refund Policy

Due to the logistical complexity of organizing in-person retreats, we have a specific refund policy for our retreat packages:

  • Refund Deadline:
    Cancellations made up to 30 days before the retreat date are eligible for a partial refund. However, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to the total package cost.
  • Extenuating Circumstances:
    If you are unable to attend the retreat due to extenuating circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies, please contact us at hello@thenlpi.com. In such cases, we may offer a credit for future training, full refund or waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. You may be required to provide supporting documentation.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.
  • Transfer of Booking:
    If you cannot attend the bootcamp or masterclass, you may request to transfer your booking to a future training, subject to availability. You must notify us at least 14 days before the training date, and no additional fee will be charged for the transfer. The new training date must be within 12 months of the original booking.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Deposits for Retreat Packages:
    If a deposit is required to secure your spot in a retreat, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in specific retreat terms.
  • Consultation or Coaching Services:
    Any one-on-one consultation or coaching sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Digital Products: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used.
  • Bootcamp Packages: Refunds for retreats (less any applicable cancellation fees) will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
